I don't want to make "fast food chicken" but I do want my chicken to be very tender. Plenty of homemade chicken stock is used to poach the chicken then cook a pilaf rice and finally make the famous supreme sauce. In this video you will see that I actually went with the idea that I could get away with using the slightly reduce chicken stock I made in previous video and use that for this whole.   1. Butterfly the chicken breasts and add salt and pepper as you see fit. Add a good portion of cream cheese to the inside of the chicken then sprinkle with shredded cheese and fold back over. I'll add some jalapeno slices to the inside as I enjoy a little spice. Your choice
  2. Cut up the asparagus, onion and peppers and add it to the pan you are going to put in the over. Your amounts will vary based on how much chicken you make and how much vegetables you are hungry for. If you have jalapeno add the rest to the pan as well.
  3. Wrap the chicken in 2 to 3 pieces of bacon. Cut up one piece of bacon and add to the vegetables. Set the chicken wrapped in bacon directly on top of the vegetables.
  4. Preheat your over to 375 and once everything is assembled cut your garlic and sprinkle over the top of the chicken and vegetables. Bake for about 30 min or until the bacon is done to your liking not to overcook the chicken. Pull out of the oven and enjoy.
  5. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
