Instructions to make Cheesey Hashbrown Casserole:
  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. In a medium skillet, lightly brown Ham Steak, on med - high. Take out small center bone, and disguard. Cut Ham Steak into small cubes. Set aside.
  3. Grease a medium sized casserole pan. Whisk the 4 Eggs, and add 1 pinch of both Salt & Pepper. Pour into casserole pan.
  4. Add the Ham Steak to the mixture.
  5. Dice Onion well, sprinkle into casserole dish.
  6. Pour the can of Cream of Chicken into mixture.
  7. Add the entire package of Frozen Hashbrowns. Lightly stir together, making sure not to drip over the edge of the casserole dish. Cover with aluminum foil.
  8. Bake for 25 - 30 minutes, or until hashbrowns are fully cooked. Add the entire bag of Cheddar Cheese during the last 5 minutes, to get it good and melted without browning it. Serve and enjoy!
