Instructions to make Cheesey Hashbrown Casserole:
- Preheat oven to 350.
- In a medium skillet, lightly brown Ham Steak, on med - high. Take out small center bone, and disguard. Cut Ham Steak into small cubes. Set aside.
- Grease a medium sized casserole pan. Whisk the 4 Eggs, and add 1 pinch of both Salt & Pepper. Pour into casserole pan.
- Add the Ham Steak to the mixture.
- Dice Onion well, sprinkle into casserole dish.
- Pour the can of Cream of Chicken into mixture.
- Add the entire package of Frozen Hashbrowns. Lightly stir together, making sure not to drip over the edge of the casserole dish. Cover with aluminum foil.
- Bake for 25 - 30 minutes, or until hashbrowns are fully cooked. Add the entire bag of Cheddar Cheese during the last 5 minutes, to get it good and melted without browning it. Serve and enjoy!
