- Braise onions in 1/2 cup ghee mixed with 1/2 cup oil till brownish colour add garlic and whole garam masala,
- Now add tomatoes, ginger and saute till paste like add water and meat close the lid and keep on boil till it's tender.
- Now remove the broth of meat in a pot and keep on flame if water is less in broth can add little water then add potatoes and cook them till almost done.
- Add rice and cook and dry up the water a little then simmer till done. If using charcoal stove it's much yummier.
- Ready to serve and ENJOY!
